Furniture for Academia

Over the last 30 years we have designed furniture for more than twenty schools, including five major public schools, eleven institutional libraries and eight universities.
The common consideration with all academic environments is the need to furnish workspaces in a way that enhances their functionality whilst keeping the integrity of their architectural history. Every library is unique, with particular and often conflicting needs. From the planning stage through to installation Serota is happy to guide and liaise with architects, bursars and interior designers to create the best working solution.
